Ryan, a Florida native, spent his childhood in the picturesque Florida Keys and along the Space Coast. His journey later brought him to the Military District of Washington, where he met his partner while both were serving. The two married shortly after and now share the joy of raising their wonderful young son together.
Ryan earned his degree in Kinesiology from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and furthered his education at Eastern Washington University, becoming a Certified Recreation Therapist. He dedicated six years to working at the Department of State Hospitals – Atascadero, formerly known as Atascadero State Hospital ("ASH"). When Courtney launched her second State Farm location, Ryan transitioned from his role at the state to join the family business as a licensed insurance agent.
Known for his great sense of humor, Ryan brings energy and positivity to every interaction. He’s passionate about making conversations about insurance engaging and enjoyable for State Farm customers.

Raised in the beautiful San Luis Obispo County, Tia graduated from Atascadero High School before earning her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Columbia College. She now resides in Paso Robles with her husband and their two children, embracing the vibrant community and small-town charm that Paso Robles offers.
Tia is deeply committed to making a positive impact in her community. She serves as a volunteer board member for the Templeton Youth Baseball League, working to create opportunities for young athletes to grow, learn, and thrive both on and off the field. Her leadership extends to her role as President of Friends of the K-9, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the Paso Robles Police Department’s K-9 program. Through this role, she champions the safety and effectiveness of law enforcement canine units, ensuring they have the resources needed to protect and serve the community.
Family is at the heart of Tia’s life. She takes great joy in cheering on her son during baseball games and supporting her daughter as she competes in tennis at the Templeton Tennis Ranch. Whether on the sidelines or in the stands, Tia’s passion for her children’s pursuits is unwavering.

Jenn is the Office Manager at our Atascadero location. She grew up in Atascadero where she attended Atascadero High School. Jenn was a member of the soccer and cheer teams (Go Greyhounds), and she still loves spending her evenings and weekend involved in sports.
Jenn graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. She spent her early working years in retail before moving to successful career in pharmaceuticals. After attending an insurance event with Courtney in 2022, Jenn decided to change career paths and put all of her energy into the insurance industry. Jenn brings wisdom, spirit, and a high energy drive to our North San Luis Obispo County locations, with a goal of owning her own agency in the near future.
